HAYATÄ° ÜSTÜN
Born in 1965, Hayati Üstün graduated from Ted Ankara College in 1983 and Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1989.

He started his career at OYAK and worked as a researcher, fund manager and assistant general manager for OYAK portfolio management company. After 10 years of experience at OYAK he was appointed general manager for various companies ruled by SDIF which is Savings Deposit Insurance Fund.

He mainly realized investment management, mutual funds, IPO's, M&A projects. By 2009 he started working as a financial consultant for finance, real estate, energy, tourism, mining and transportation companies.
​
After working for high profile companies such as OYAK, Metro Holding, Avrasya Real Estate Investment Trust he founded Tara Consulting and Financial Projects Lts in 2013.
He possesses a "Capital Market Activites - Advance Level" license.
BARIÅžAN FIRILDAK
Born in Istanbul in 1996, Barisan Ege Firildak received a scholarship and graduated from McGill University in 2019 with a dual degree in Economics & International Development. He later successfully completed his Master’s degree in Finance & Business Analytics in Hult International Business School in the United States.
He worked in many International companies of various sectors from banking to software including, Teb (BNP Paribas), Odeabank, Sompo Japan Insurance, UNDP, VBT Technologies before deciding to switch to the Venture Capital/Consultancy side of the business.

Barisan is fluent in 3 languages including English, French and Turkish, was a member of the Turkish national swimming team from 2012-2014 and a cryptocurrency and NFT enthusiast.
